Premier Surabaya Hospital, is a health service facility that began operating on March 16, 1998. Located in a quiet, safe and comfortable residential environment in the eastern region of Surabaya, Premier Surabaya Hospital was established on a 17,000 m2 land with the concept of a " Resort Hospital ”with a different characteristic layout design with hospitals that first operated in Surabaya.
Premier Surabaya Hospital is member of Asia OneHealthcare. Premier Surabaya Hospital has several superior service facilities that have been developed both from the beginning and in the course of providing services to customers. Since its inception, Premier Surabaya Hospital has been known as one of the private hospitals in Surabaya that has an advantage in emergency services. This is supported by an ambulance that has complete equipment, a qualified Emergency Department and of course support by medical staff and the ICU and Operating Room which is always ready 24 hours.
Another excellent service that has been in operation since the beginning is the Catheterization Laboratory (Angiography). Slowly but surely this facility has become one of the reference centers that are widely known not only by the people of Surabaya, but also by the people of East Java and other areas both in Java and outside Java such as Kalimantan, Bali and Sulawesi. Some of the leading services that were later developed were in the fields of Orthopedic Surgery, Stroke Units and Brain Tumors.

PERFORMANCE AND ACHIEVEMENTS
RS Premier Surabaya sebagai bagian dari RS Premier Hospitals, dalam rangka komitmen terhadap peningkatan kualitas layanan yang berkelanjutan ditunjukkan dengan keberhasilan memperoleh beberapa pengakuan diantaranya :
Year 2013: On March 6, 2013, it won the first International Accreditation from JCI (Joint Commission International) in Eastern Indonesia, and was re-accredited in May 2016 and was declared valid until May 2019.
Year 2014: On March 18, 2014 obtained Accreditation from KARS (Hospital Accreditation Committee) Indonesia with the title Plenary.
Since 2001: Audit Program Infection Control dari HICMR, Australia (Healthcare Infection Control Management Research ).

Medical Specialist
Specialists at Premier Surabaya Hospital have all been accredited by the Medical Advisory Committee. This means that they have been accepted by their colleagues and recognized by the hospital directors as good performers in their respective fields. Many of them have gained international references and experience from Australia, Japan, the United States, and countries in Europe.
Doctor Take Care
Services and direct consultation provided by our specialist doctors, complemented by a team of attending doctors who are in the hospital 24 hours a day, to treat patients in the Emergency Unit.
Nursing Staff
RS Premier Surabaya can boast in terms of the quality of its nursing staff. Australian Nursing Advisor also helps provide input on the recruitment of nurses with good selection, provide training and continuing education, so they have skills both in skills and knowledge, and have a friendly attitude towards all patients.
Other staff
RS Premier Surabaya has a Department of Human Resources and Quality Management that is tasked with continuing education, training and assessment of all staff. All of our staff from reception, nursing, security to administrative and maintenance staff are prepared to always provide the best assistance and services for the comfort and satisfaction of customers.
RS Premier In its operations, Surabaya is supported by Infection Control Management staff, namely to control, supervise and prevent infection or germ contamination. Biomedical Engineering, to regulate the maintenance, repair and calibration of medical devices used. The Department of Engineering and House Keeping is for the maintenance of all electrical, air-conditioning, and cleaning & other building facilities maintenance. Also supported by the departments of Marketing, Food & Beverage, Security, Laundry, MIS, and Administration-Finance in daily operations.
